An afternoon of music and speakers and films in Solidarity with Honduras

"As Dr. Luther Castillo explained to MEDICC, "We will not abandon our people. These are the poorest of the poor, the invisible poor. They are the real victims of the coup." The coup government has made Dr. Castillo's ability to continue his work on behalf of the poor particularly difficult, putting out a warrant for his arrest and capture right after the coup. Yet, Dr. Castillo perseveres."

There will be performers, speakers, a presentation, a short film, food and good times to help bring people together of varying ages, experiences and backgrounds for this cause. Please come out and take part in the fun, entertainment and learning experience-while contributing to something worthwhile-for those who are in dire need.
