Author and Activist Antonia Juhasz will be giving a talk on The Tyranny of Oil, climate policy talks in Copenhagen and the "petroleum-powered smoke screen"

The Tyranny of Oil is the hardest-hitting exposé of the oil industry in decades. Juhasz investigates the true state of the U.S. oil industry-uncovering its virtually unparalleled global power, influence over our elected officials and its lack of regulatory oversight.

t.e.j.a.s (Texas Environmental Justice Advocacy Services), the Houston Institute for Culture, and Sedition Books are pleased to co-sponsor this event.
